Thank you for choosing to book with OM2 Rome Guest House. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below:
All of the prices outlined are on a room per night basis and include taxes, breakfast, fresh bed linen and towels (every 2/3 days for longer stays), daily cleaning, wireless Internet connection. Prices to not include the visitorâ€™s tax imposed by the Town Council of Rome (Eur 2 per day per person).
All prices are subject to seasonal variations and availability.
For all bookings we require a credit card details or cash deposit to hold your booking . The balance is due on arrival. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, cheque with bankers card, debit cards, credit cards.
- Check in/ Check Out:
Check in time is from 2 pm on arrival day. If you want to check in before, or after, please give us a call and let us know.
PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR ARRIVAL TIME AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION.
For arrivals from 10.00pm to 7.00am there will be an extra charge of 15,00â‚¬ to be paid with your deposit.
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your any extras services taken during your stay is payable on departure. If you need to stay longer, please let us know the day before your departure so that you can check out later at the price of 50% of the room daily rate. Our guest house has a left luggage office at your disposal. Moreover, all the guests can use the facilities of our BB even when they have left their rooms.
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. Our cancellation policy for booking less than five days is that any cancellations should be given with 7 days notice prior to the stay.
- Damages an Key lost:
Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. The costs will be taken from the credit card used to secure the booking or pay for the stay. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay. One key lost will incur Eur25 charge for a replacement.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proved to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
